Layover in Abu Dhabi is a brand of Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC (Commercial Licence No. 1463944). This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit layoverinabudhabi.com or book a tour.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, tour date, flight details and number of travellers.
- Payment information is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website usage data from cookies and similar technologies (Meta Pixel, Google services and the tawk.to visitor script) to measure and improve our website and advertising.
How we use it
- To confirm and deliver your tour, including the booking confirmation email and WhatsApp messages about pickup.
- To answer your questions and handle changes, cancellations and refunds.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To measure our advertising and improve the website.
Sharing
We share data only with the guide and driver who run your tour and with service providers that help us operate (for example Stripe for payments, our email and web hosting providers, Meta and Google for analytics). We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records as long as needed for the tour and for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing book@layoverinabudhabi.com.
