- Instant email confirmation after payment. We then contact you on WhatsApp to confirm pickup details.
- Please give correct flight details and a working phone/WhatsApp number so we can meet you.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having the right passport and visa to enter the UAE and for allowing enough time for immigration and for your onward flight.
- Dress modestly for religious sites; the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque may refuse entry for unsuitable clothing.
- Entry tickets (for example Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan, Ferrari World), food and personal expenses are not included unless stated.
Changes to the tour
Routes are suggestions. Your guide may change the order or skip a stop because of traffic, opening hours, weather, security or your timing, always putting your flight first. Visiting hours of attractions are set by third parties.
Late arrivals and no-shows
If your flight is delayed, tell us as soon as possible and we will try to adjust the tour. If you do not meet your guide and have not told us, this counts as a no-show and is not refunded. The tour ends in time for your flight, even if it started late.
Cancellation
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Liability
We take reasonable care in planning and running your tour. We are not liable for missed flights caused by delays outside our control or by information you did not give us, nor for loss of personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by UAE law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
